Therefore, before starting our dog care agreement, getting to know each other is a necessity. The meeting is to see whether your dog fits into the pack in order to ensure our pets get along well.

Your dog must be officially chipped and have all relevant vaccinations. Also, proof of the obligatory dog owner liabilty insurance needs to be presented.

Your dog should already know the basic commands and listen to their name.
---
It would be good if your dog already is familiar with riding in a car.
---
Please consider that we do not offer dog sitting for puppies and young dogs (<6 months).

Dog care and dog sitting for senior dogs is possible except their health state does not allow us to.
---
Dogs suffering from a communicable disease (e.g. coughing, eye infection, fever) cannot join the pack for the time being.
---
Dogs in heat are excluded of our services for the time being.
---
Uncastrated males can only be taken into care to a limited extent (no testosterone junkie, no excessive sex drive, no permanent marker in the kennel, ...).

How does our dogsitting service work?
We offer pickup service and therefore pick up your dog from home or your office and bring them back – if desired even during your absence (in this case we need keys).

Of course you may as well bring your pet to us and pick it up later yourself.

We take our dog care pack on extended excursions to large dog parks with plenty of excercise and room for running and playing.

When temperatures get very high, we take the dogs swimming. In winter we know the best places to play in the snow.

Your dog will get their necessary rest at our home both in the garden or our apartment, cuddles included.

Since we keep the number of dogs small and to secure a place in the pack it is important to contact us as soon as possible in advance.

Of course you may as well bring your pet to us and pick it up later yourself.

Before your dog is accepted to our dog care service on a regular basis, meeting each other once is mandatory to see whether the dog is compatible with the pack and wheter they know how to behave in house and garden.
This will require around 2.5 hours. Cancelations please min. 24hrs in advance.

From March 1, 2022 there will be general parking space management in Vienna.
Any required parking tickets are included in our prices for 2023.
